Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. You will not be charged during the trial period. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

Subscription Billing

After your trial period ends, your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. When you cancel:

  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • Your account data will be retained for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate

Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Service failure or technical issues preventing service use
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Within 7 days of your first charge if you're not satisfied

Refund requests must be submitted to support@dailysocialai.com with details about your request.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Unused portions of a billing cycle after cancellation
  • Accounts terminated for terms of service violations
  • Change of mind after the 7-day satisfaction guarantee period

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your account dashboard
  2. Navigate to Account Settings
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm your cancellation
